Margaux Dacremont Kobouloff ‘25

Margaux is a senior from Cannes, France studying Finance and Real Estate, with a minor in Russian language. Margaux will be working full time in NYC in real estate secondaries and fund-to-funds PE at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate XIG team, after interning there her junior summer. She previously interned in MAG Partners in RE development and in the Fouquet's Hotel in NYC in hotel management. She also worked in the Penn Carey Law School in the Business Affairs Office. Outside of WUREC, she is also the president of The French Society and the UPenn Polo Club and enjoys golfing, cooking, photography, traveling and skiing.

Bianca Arriaga ‘25

Bianca is a senior from Chicago, Illinois studying Real Estate and Finance in Wharton. Along with WUREC, she is president of Wharton FGLI and involved with Wharton Latino and WUFC. Bianca joined Blackstone’s Real Estate Acquisitions group in NYC this summer, and she previously interned at Two Sigma Real Estate. Outside of work and school, she enjoys traveling, baking, nature walks, and listening to Bad Bunny.

Griffin Albaugh ‘27

Griffin Albaugh is a sophomore from Wisconsin studying Real Estate and Finance at Wharton. In addition to WUREC, Griffin is involved in the Wharton Investment and Trading Group’s Real Estate Team, The Successful Transition and Empowerment Program (STEP), and serves as the Wharton Chair for the Class of 2027. Outside of academics, Griffin is involved in Greek life and plays wing for the Penn Men’s Rugby Club. Griffin previously interned at Labcorp on their Venture Capital team responsible for their 200 million dollar portfolio. In his free time, you can find Griffin at the gym, exploring new restaurants, skiing, and playing pickleball.

Harrison Schapiro ‘26

Harrison is a junior from Baltimore, Maryland studying Philosophy Politics & Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology in The Wharton School. Outside of WUREC, he operates a consumer product resale business and co-founded PadelAtPenn, a club immersed in the ever growing sport of Padel; he is looking forward to an upcoming study abroad in Sydney, Australia. In his free time, Harrison enjoys playing racket sports (and golf), watching Formula 1, exploring new coffee shops, and keeping up with Baltimore's sports teams.

Marissa Yee ‘25

Marissa is a senior from Eastampton, New Jersey studying Fine Arts and Finance at Wharton. Outside of serving as WUREC's Treasurer and Head of Communications, she also is active in Penn's Student Government as the Spring Fling Concert Director and Oracle Senior Honor Society. Marissa has worked in real estate at Cooper Square Acquisitions, private equity at Hunter Point Capital, and most recently, in consulting at Deloitte. In her free time, Marissa enjoys developing film in the darkroom, workout classes, and playing the bagpipes.

Isabella Sanchez ‘25

Isabella is a senior from New Rochelle, New York studying Architecture and History of Art in the College. This past summer, Isabella interned at UBS Real Estate & Private Markets on the Research and Strategy team where she will return as a full-time Graduate Talent Analyst upon graduation. During past summers, Isabella interned at architecture firm, Beyer Blinder and Belle and is interested in deciphering how a background in architecture can complement a career in Real Estate. In her free time, Isabella enjoys going to museums, drawing, learning new languages, and concerts.

Joshua Huang ‘26

Joshua is a junior from Malvern, Pennsylvania concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. In addition to WUREC, Joshua is a Real Estate PM in Wharton Asia Exchange, Co-President of Penn Barbell Club, and a competitive lifter representing Powerlifting@Penn. Previously, Joshua interned at Stockton Real Estate Advisors in Philadelphia in acquisitions and leasing as well as HSB (a reinsurance company) in operations. This upcoming summer, Joshua will be joining the Sculptor Capital Management Real Estate Team as an Acquisitions Intern. In his free time, Joshua enjoys lifting, cooking, and listening to House & Indie music.

Jack Kobre ‘25

Jack is a Junior from New York City studying Real Estate and Finance at Wharton. Outside of WUREC, he is a Wharton Ambassador and is Wharton Fintech's Head of PropTech. Jack has previously interned at Wilpon and Company and Pembroke Companies where he worked as an acquisitions analyst in both roles. This summer, he is interning in Blackstone's Real Estate Asset Management group, where he is excited to learn more about different real estate asset classes. In his free time, Jack enjoys following and playing sports, hanging out with friends, and researching innovative real estate strategies.

Caitlin Levine ‘25

Caitlin is a senior from New York City studying Real Estate and Finance at Wharton. Along with WUREC, she is involved with the Wharton Investment and Trading Group’s Real Estate team. She is also a part of the Venture Initiation Program where she is working on app development. Caitlin previously interned at BentallGreenOak and Kushner Companies where she worked across different asset classes and geographies. In her free time she enjoys Zumba, cooking, and playing tennis.

Maxim Rubin ‘26

Maxim is a junior from Moscow, Russia studying Real Estate and Finance at Wharton. In the past summer, he worked at Raider Hill, a real estate investment and advisory firm in New York, gaining exposure to underwriting super regional malls, building promote models for JV bids, and learning about CMBS market. Outside of WUREC, he is also a part of Wharton Investment and Trading Group’s Real Estate team, where he recently gave a lecture on real estate development. In his free time, Maxim enjoys to ski, play soccer, travel, and work on his coin collection.

Tiya Bhatia ‘25

Tiya is a senior from Dubai studying Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development. She will be joining TPG Real Estate Partners full-time, and has previously interned in Blackstone's Real Estate Debt Strategies Group, EFG Emerging Equities Group and Deloitte Consulting. Along with WUREC, Tiya has been involved in Smart Women's Securities, Penn Debate Society, and Wharton Women. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, pilates and traveling.

Josh is a senior from Stamford, CT studying Economics and minoring in Urban Real Estate and Development. This past summer, Josh joined Blackstone’s Strategic Partners Real Estate Group in NYC, and previously interned at CBRE and Atlas Real Estate Partners. In addition to WUREC, Josh is involved with the Wharton Investment and Trading Group and the Netter Center for Community Partnerships. Having gone his whole life being mentored, he loves to pay it forward. In his free time, Josh loves to run, travel, volunteer and play sports with friends.

Joey is a junior from Philadelphia studying Real Estate and Finance at Wharton. Along with WUREC, Joey is involved with the Wharton Investment and Trading Group as well as the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club. Next summer, Joey will be interning at Blackstone in the Real Estate division working on their Core-Plus funds. This past summer, Joey obtained his PA real estate sales license and worked with a commercial brokerage in Philadelphia. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym and reviewing different Philly cheesesteaks.

George Pangalos ‘27

George Pangalos is a Joseph Wharton Scholar at the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. He has a strong background in portfolio management, real estate, and maritime shipping. At CP Investments, George has been instrumental in managing portfolios, projects, and negotiations across various markets, using his expertise in financial modeling and deal structuring to develop investment strategies. Previously, he gained valuable experience at Star Bulk Carriers, focusing on the acquisition and financial analysis of newbuilding vessels and conducting market research. George's professional experience reflects his ability to navigate complex investment landscapes and deliver successful outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, sailing, and playing squash.

Mia is a junior from Paris studying PPE, Real Estate and Urban Development, and Architecture. Along with WUREC, she is involved with Wharton Undergraduate Investment and Trading Group's Real Estate team and Wharton Europe, and is looking to pursue her interests in real estate development.
