Petrucci. Mr. Rogerson has guided over $1 billion worth of contract negotiations, leases, brownfield revitalizations and municipal approvals of real estate transactions. J.G. Petrucci is full-service, design/build specialist, developer and owner of commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout the Northeast. Mr. Maneri steers Link’s strategic direction, overseeing key corporate functions, and ensuring seamless operations across various departments of the company. Link Logistics, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial real estate platform, owns and manages approximately 520 million square feet of warehouse and distribution properties nationwide.
