This foundation in brand storytelling and spatial design gives her a unique edge—she sees beyond bricks and mortar, understanding how spaces influence the way people live, work, and connect.
A passionate advocate for urban development, Nicole graduated Phi Beta Kappa from New York University with a degree in Architecture and Urban Design, later earning a Master’s in Urban Planning from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She also holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, reinforcing her commitment to shaping the future of real estate with both vision and purpose.
