Petrucci. Mr. Rogerson has guided over $1 billion worth of contract negotiations, leases, brownfield revitalizations and municipal approvals of real estate transactions. J.G. Petrucci is full-service, design/build specialist, developer and owner of commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout the Northeast. Mr. Maneri steers Link’s strategic direction, overseeing key corporate functions, and ensuring seamless operations across various departments of the company. Link Logistics, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial real estate platform, owns and manages approximately 520 million square feet of warehouse and distribution properties nationwide. Two investment professionals from Blackstone Strategic Partners (description below) will be on campus on Wednesday, November 20th from 5:15PM – 6:15PM to discuss a Summer 2026 real estate internship opportunity. Although the opportunity is targeted towards sophomores, anyone interested in the firm, regardless of class year, is encouraged to attend.
Blackstone Strategic Partners (“BSP”) is Blackstone’s dedicated secondary investment business. The Strategic Partners business was founded in 2000 and has significant experience in providing limited partners a range of liquidity solutions across illiquid asset classes on a fair, timely and confidential basis. Strategic Partners is one of the most prolific secondary market participants in the world and is recognized as an innovative investor, with broad transaction capabilities that reinforce its established reputation as a nimble and responsive investor. Through its private equity, infrastructure and real estate platforms Strategic Partners has executed over 2,000 transactions that represent interests in approximately 5,400 underlying fund interests managed by over 1,600 different financial sponsors. Strategic Partners is one of Blackstone’s fastest growing business units, with AUM of $9 billion at its time of acquisition by Blackstone in 2013 to ~$82 billion of AUM today.
BSP has eleven real estate-dedicated investment professionals. BSP Real Estate is currently investing it’s eighth SP RE Fund, which has $2.2 billion in commitments.
BSP RE is looking for sophomores interested in interning in the Summer of 2026. Qualified applicants should have a demonstrated interest in finance (ideally in private equity and / or real estate).
