Mr. Mouat plays a crucial role in structuring and managing new and existing investments within Blackstone’s real estate portfolio in the Americas. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mouat was an Associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he practiced in the real estate group, focusing on joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings for both borrowers and lenders. This event offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the legal aspects of real estate investment from an industry expert.
